PRIORITY MAIL

In most instances, the anticipated delivery date indicated on your label or available via the USPS tracking system will show a delivery timeframe of 1, 2, or 3 business days, depending on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. Please note that the expected delivery date is not guaranteed.

UPS

If the shipment experiences an emergency situation or adverse weather conditions during transit, a refund will not be issued. Consequently, this shipment is not eligible for a Guaranteed Service Refund.

INSURANCE

Customers can opt to purchase insurance for a nominal fee to protect against any damage or loss to the package while in transit. On the payment page, just below the shipping section, select YES on the insurance tab or decline if you prefer to waive the coverage. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent without insurance.

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Please be aware that certain orders may experience delays due to technical issues.

Orders made before 2 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day (excluding international orders). All other orders will be sent out the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders made over the weekend (we are open Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM) will be shipped on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday). Orders made on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: freight charges may vary.

PLEASE NOTE: delays can occur! If you require your order by Friday and placed it on Tuesday, consider selecting 2nd-day air shipping or contact us by phone. “Better safe than sorry.”

Ground shipments on Mondays may face delays due to weekend traffic. On certain Mondays, following a particularly busy weekend, some delays are unavoidable.

Overnight orders submitted by 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Integrity Cigar provides FREE SHIPPING on full cigar boxes containing a minimum of 20 cigars within the contiguous United States for over 100 cigar brands (some restrictions may apply). Free Shipping cannot be combined with other offers (such as email specials) or promotions. Gifts do not qualify for free shipping, with the exception of lighters, cutters, single tins, and 5 packs. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY.

EXTRA CHARGES

PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS, which may result in longer delivery times and/or additional costs.

Shipments to remote areas may incur extra charges.

Heavy items could also attract additional fees. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed in your shopping cart or invoice alongside the standard shipping costs.

Ownership of all goods transfers from the Seller to the Purchaser in Zephyrhills, Florida, and the Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment. By choosing the shipping method for the goods, the Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of, the Purchaser. By accepting this service from the Seller, the Purchaser confirms that they are complying with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser affirms that they are of legal age, have obtained all necessary permissions, paid all required fees, and are utilizing properly licensed intermediaries where necessary, as well as being legally entitled to take possession of the goods and to order the quantities requested.

These products might come with an extra fee. The fees will be determined during the order processing, and the customer will be informed.

Oversized All shipments directed to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. Territory/possession may also experience extended delivery times.
