Straight Jacket is back, revived from legend and rebuilt from the soil up. For the August 2024 LCA release, the Eiroa family reached deep into their vault of heritage to bring it roaring back.
This new Straight Jacket is born from a fresh crop of the original Eiroa Cuban seed Corojo — the same lineage brought from Cuba to Honduras before the blue mold crisis forced Cuba to hybridize their tobacco forever. That makes this seed not just rare, but historic. What you’re about to smoke is pure, unaltered Corojo in its truest form, grown the way the Eiroas have always believed it should be.
The cigar arrives in a vitola never seen before for this line, a 6 x 52 toro, wearing completely redesigned artwork that looks as intense as the blend beneath it. It is a revival, a tribute, and a statement rolled into one, crafted with the unmistakable fingerprints of Tom Lazuka and Christian Eiroa.
